Objective: To have students practice dividing objects up into groups. 

Activity: Students will have "work cards" at the work table, with hands on direction and support.  The students will use real objects to demonstrate the problem they are given.  


Assess: Students will explain their answers, visual arrays and real objects (the connection).

Activity:  Students read their literature book, following a prompt, they will choose a quote that represents the prompt and respond to it.
